After your order is placed, we conduct rigorous checks, carefully package the items, and typically ship them within 3 to 7 days. The exact delivery time varies depending on the destination country. Therefore, we kindly request that you confirm the tracking number generated after shipment and ensure a secure receipt.

Damage During Shipping

While we take meticulous care to prevent damage during packaging to avoid scratches or dents on the outer box, unforeseen circumstances or the responsibility of the shipping carrier may lead to damage during transit. We ask for your understanding in cases where such damage does not affect the usability of the product.
